Text Pop Help

Text Pop is 127 professional Final Cut Pro X 3D titles and text styles. Use the following guide to learn more about Text Pop.

Title Templates

Text Pop comes with 15 title templates. To use them go to the Titles browser in Final Cut Pro X and scroll down to Stupid Raisins Text Pop. Select the template you’d like to use then drag and drop it to your timeline.

Some templates come with controls that allow you to customize the look. The controls vary from template to template.

Tear Template

The Tear template was designed to be placed on top of a clip in your timeline. If you don’t put it over a clip, Tear will not work properly.

Text Styles

Text Pop comes with 112 professionally designed 3D text styles. A text style makes it very simple you to create amazing looking text in seconds.

To access text styles, go to Stupid Raisins Text Pop in the titles browser. Go to the Text Styles section and select your template. Select the template you’d like to use then drag and drop it to your timeline. Add your words and select an animation style. Bam! You’re all done.

Animation Style

Use this to select the animation style you want your text to use.

Build In/Out

Use this checkbox to turn on/off the build in and out animations.

Speed

Use this to select the speed style of the animation.

Fade Duration

Use this to set how long the fade in/out animations last.

Retime

Use this to speed up or slow down the animation style.

Symbols Text Style

The Symbols text style uses a font made up of useful symbols. Each letter on the keyboard is connected to a symbol. Use this chart to find the symbol you want and the corresponding letter.

United States & United States Stone Text Styles

The United States & United States Stone text styles use a font of the states of America. Each letter on the keyboard is connected to a state. Use this chart to find the state you want and the corresponding letter.

Organization

Parameters are grouped together and divided into sections by dashed divider lines and pop-up menus.
