Here’s your game plan for using Simple Pop. Trust me, it’s really easy!
To change the text, font, color, size, and many more text options, click on the Text Tab in the Inspector.
Each template comes with published parameters that make it easy for you to customize your title. The Published Parameters are under the Title Tab in the Inspector. Most titles have the same published parameters however some templates may have different parameters based on what shapes are in the title. But don’t worry, they’re really easy to use.
Use the build-in and out checkboxes to turn the start and end animations on and off.
You can also turn off the motion tracker. See below for more info on the motion tracker.
These are the different parameters that aren’t the same for all templates. These controls depend on which template you’re using. Don’t worry. They’re easy to understand and use.
Typically they’re for controlling the look of the shapes. You can change the size, color, opacity, and more.
You can add a drop shadow to your title to help separate it from the background.
A color picker to change the drop shadow color.
Brings up a slider to change the drop shadow opacity.
Opens a slider to blur or sharpen the drop shadow.
Provides another handy slider, this one to change the drop shadow distance.
Used to change the drop shadow angle.
You can adjust the position, size, rotation, and opacity of the title using the On-Screen Controls or fine-tune with the published parameters.
The on-screen controls allow for laser-focused tuning to create the perfect title.
Use the blue circle to change where the title is located.
Use the stick and ball to rotate the title.
Use the ring to change the size of the title.
A slider that allows you to change the opacity of the title.
Simple Pop comes with motion tracking built-in! You can use this feature to automatically track your title to a specific part of the video.
Use the square with corner circles to select what you want to track. Then use the forward or backward arrows to track forward or backward.
